Originally from Wyoming, Russ began tattooing in gritty KCMO where has been working as an artist since 2003. Preferring the company of clear running rivers and the mountains Russ relocated to Astoria Oregon. Russ also moonlights as an outlaw country DJ known faithfully as the Redheaded Strangler.He likes both kind of music: country and western.
